There are Shared Memberships available for $71/month, which includes access to shared working areas, shared storage, kitchen, and bathroom. There will also 60 Dedicated Memberships available (your own studio space) with studios ranging from 30sf for $191/month to 155sf for $597/month. Memberships are month-to-month. Prices include 24/7 access, WiFi, insurance, and HST. There are no additional fees.
Akin Stockyards is located on the ground floor. There are no steps to enter the building and no steps throughout the building. There are two bathrooms for all genders, both bathrooms have grab bars, a 5’ turning radius, and 36” wide doors. Aisles and pathways between the studio spaces are between 3’3” and 5’ wide.
